In connectionwith this, UTC has the
intention to expand significantly the coverage
for Ukrainian companies in relation to the
tenders conducted in the Gulf countries. It
is well known that most of the contracts for
constructionwork and other types of work in
the region (taking into account the scale of
the implemented projects) are awarded based
on tenders or other contests. Unfortunately,
the information on such events does not
come to Ukraine on time, thus making the
situation of Ukrainian companies worse than
that of their potential competitors. We are
planning to bridge this gap andwork on
regular informing of Ukrainian companies
through the CCI of Ukraine, regional CCIs,
industrial associations, etc.
Another direction, which we consider
quite promising is the work in the real
estate sector of Dubai and the UAE in
general. Investors frommany countries are
known to show interest towards such iconic
projects as Palm Islands, TheWorld, Business
Bay, Dubailand andmany other projects.
Ukrainian investors also are interested in
these. UTC receives many inquiries from our
Ukrainian partners about themost attractive
real estate facilities in UAE, purchase and
rent procedures, etc.
On theotherhand,webelieve thatUAE
investorsandbusinessmencouldbe interested in
buying real estate inUkraine, inparticular, inKiev,
Crimeaandother recreational areas.That iswhy the
futureplansofUTC include theassistance toVIP
Real EstateCompany. It ispresumed thiscompany
wouldwork inUkraineand theUAE (and further in
otherGulf countries). Its specialtywouldbe theelite
