KAZAKHSTAN ERA OF THE SOFT POWER A TERM “FEMALE LEADERSHIP” FIRSTLY APPEARED IN THEMODERNMANAGEMENT SYSTEMQUITE RECENTLY. AND, EVEN THOUGH, IT IS ALREADY BEING INUSE BY THE BUSINESS PRESS, AMONG THEWIDE CIRCLE OF BUSINESS COMMUNITY THERE IS STILL NO CLEAR PERCEPTION, WHAT IS THE “FEMALE LEADERSHIP”. THAT’SWHY THERE IS NO A CERTAINATTITUDE TOWARDS THIS CONCEPTION, BOTH FROMMALE AND FEMALE SIDES. ALTHOUGH, FEMALE LEADERSHIP IS TIGHTLY CONNECTEDWITHTHE DEFINITIONOF “FEMALE ENTREPRENEURSHIP”, WHICH TODAY IS STILL PRECEPTEDAMBIGUOUSLY BYMEN, AND BYWOMEN. I n the rubric “female leadership” we will try to figure out the meaning of this concept, tell about the experience of successful women, about gender specifics of business management, about self-made stories and approaches used by women in management. Female leadership – it is a modern trend of globalization, which can be characterized, as an “era of soft power” in the economy development. It is a fresh style of flexible managing, focused on the formation of the highly effective communications in the management and life systemwhile using tools of the emotional intellect and highly developed empathy. According toGlobal Entrepreneurship Monitor, GEM in 2016 in 74 world economies around 163million of women started or developed a recently created business. Also, around 111millionweremanaging already existed stable business. And, if comparing the statistics of 63 countries, whichwere already in the current, and the last report for 2014, apparently, the female entrepreneurship activity rose by 10% from2014, and gender gap on this specific parameter decreased on 5%. Social-economic reforms, which took place inKazakhstan after the repeal of the independence, drastically changed the woman status in the community. The transitional period in the economy formed a new social class of women entrepreneurs. Women actively participated in the process of economy transformation and creation of the new formof the work activities. Woman participation in the labor market is important because of many reasons: it is a source of the women economic independence, it gives them right for social and pension security, appropriate healthcare service, and possibilities for improving the social status and personal development. Even though, Kazakhstan didn’t enter in the GEMrating, the part of women-entrepreneurs is persistently growing.
