ÊÀÇÀÕÑÒÀÍ According to statistical data (2016), women represent 52%of Kazakhstan population, and in general amount of economically active people in 2015, they are 4,4million of people or 48,8%. The number of occupied women is 4,1million of people, including the part of self-employed women– 27,8%. The development of female entrepreneurship is inseparably connected with general country business climate, which is proven by rising part of women in theKazakhstan SME sector. Today in average 42%SME objects are headed by women, who are providingmore than 30%of all workplaces. And the female contribution to the countryGDP is around 40%. It is needed to admit, that today quite often is noticed a negative perception of the term“female leadership” among the representatives of the business community, who are absolutely right when thinking, that the economy and business laws are not divided by gender. Without doubts, the term“female entrepreneurship” doesn't mean any specific approach or business laws for women.Meanwhile, the female entrepreneurship in all the world is allocated into the separated category. And heremore possibly they are taking into account the special style of business managing, which is common for women because of the gender differences betweenmale and female thinking and level of emotional intellect. Inmy opinion, the female entrepreneurship is based on these concepts. Femalemanaging style. Woman leaders, generally, aremoremotivated on staff training, forming the close team like a "family" type, and on the creation of the comfortable atmosphere in the teamand implementing themoral motivational incentives. Female business spheres. Because of the already existing starting conditions, women generally, are getting the spheres with less marginality, focusing on social sectors and on market segments, which require less capital for themarket entrance. These are, usually, spheres of service, education, medicine, catering, social security, trade. These segments, again, have a high competitiveness on themarket. Accordingly, women can reveal all their potential of their multidimensional thinking and creativity. The woman is trying to balance business with their main natural purpose –motherhood. That’s why in business, in any business sphere, for the woman her mainmotivation still would be the responsibility of children and family. It is the reasonwhy women are trying to reach stability, by often not supporting the "suspicious" deals, don't take risky credits and are not desiring to enter into highlymarginal, but risky deals. There is another distinctive quality of the female entrepreneurship – attitude towards competition, towards partnership etc. Competition is more suitable for men. In woman case, it is more a desire for collaboration and cooperation, and that's why women, how the experience shows, are more effective in the creation of the professional alliances, associations, consortiums etc. And, finally the main quality, which differs women frommen in entrepreneurship activity – is an ability to share. Men, generally, while reaching a professional competency, are ready to share their experience and knowledge only when achieving a certain level of spirituality (often, it happens, when the man retires and already doesn't participate in the game called "competition". A woman in any age(obviously, while being at certain development level) are more motivated on sharing their knowledge and experience. This is why women- are the best mentors, teachers, and coaches. The woman isn't worried about time spent on an employee, student or mentee, she can patiently and calmly transfer her knowledge and achieve the result. This is one of the reasons why working with experienced woman-manager – it means to have a big opportunity to study and grow professionally. Of course, with any rule there are exceptions. And among women, there are many of those, who have a male style of thinking and managing. But I summarized most of them. Personally, I knowmany examples of amazing woman-entrepreneurs, who are forming exactly the concept of “female entrepreneurship”, which is accepted worldwide and allowed it to allocate it to the separate category. On 30th of August 2017 in Astana, an International business-conference of the Kazakhstan business woman association “New possibilities for female entrepreneurship development” took place, and there were discussed new perspectives and opportunities for the female entrepreneurship development. Female managing style.
