President of the Global Summit of Women IrenNatividad in her presentation specifically mentioned the activity of the Kazakhstan business woman association: “If you look at the women, who are already here, to it is visible, that in Kazakhstan entrepreneurship sector are a lot of occupied woman. Kazakhstan business woman association is opening big opportunities for the female entrepreneurship in terms of educational and consulting services, mentoring and the expenditure of their business connections”. According to the opinion of madam Navidad, women who are starting their business having the almost identical difficulties worldwide, which are connected with the necessary attraction of the financial resources , with growth difficulties from start-up to a normal business in SME segment, with the market entrance, and also with the recognition improvement and defining your own niche. –Kazakh women have good opportunities for growth, there are many areas for improvement. You need to monitor your competitiveness on global markets, explore markets abroad, use these opportunities for the expenditure – said IrenNatividad. She also pointed, that many big companies and corporations can realize gender programs for female entrepreneurship support, by including women entrepreneurs into their supply chain, and governments of different countries can spend money on financial programs for female entrepreneurship support. President of the World Women Inventors and Entrepreneurs AssociationMi-Young Han dedicated her presentation to the female leadership, as a moving force in the economic development. – I believe that female leadership is very important for present times. Entrepreneurship – is a very wide concept. I think, that this is an economic force. In entrepreneurship, women must start from the small things. No need for hesitation and worries. You must start from the first step. Start from the formation of your idea, and then think about how to create your business. In Korea, there are many successful female entrepreneurship projects, many women entrepreneurs, which work in SME sector. But, there are many women, managing their microbusinesses. Many women in Korea start from housewife status. They have promising ideas, but at first steps, they don't know how to implement them. Later they turn their ideas int small businesses and sell it to bigger companies, to form a starting capital for entering the another, higher level – said madamMi-Young Han. At the end of the business-conference vice-president of the EBRD, Betsy Nelson pointed: “All events of this type, where people are gathering together, united by the common goal, like members of the Kazakhstan business woman association – are very valuable. Exactly here, on the Association’s platform, are brought together many representatives of different activity spheres – government bodies, science, finance and entrepreneurship with a goal, of discussing ideas of female business development here in Kazakhstan. This is a very interesting and useful experience, cause today many people spoke about their cases, challenges, obstacles, everything that women entrepreneurs have to deal here in Kazakhstan”. According toMadamNelson, every country should use their talents. Inmany countries, female talents are underrated, even though women take up for 50% of the workforce. It is a big challenge for many economies and international institutes, like EBRD, are dedicating their effort, to help to the female entrepreneurs to start their path. – For starting entrepreneurs, especially woman, is important to receive help from the government and international institutes, but not only financial help, but also in terms of increasing level of education. On starting steps it is often needed a consulting help on professional marketing "package" of business, psychologic support, so the woman can balance a responsibility between work and family. I believe, that we are responsible to offer services, which would allow women to look after their house, but at the same time to do their job. Many need the support and training, and it is very important to create this atmosphere and infrastructure, so women can have a chance to create and develop their business – highlighted madamNelson. The mainmilestone of the business- conference was the creation of the young wing of Kazakhstan business woman association “Zhas Kanattar”, which united all the young woman entrepreneurs at the age from 18 till 35. Raushan Sarsembayeva, president of the Kazakhstan business woman association pointed “In present time it is noticeable, that there is a high level of entrepreneurship activity among youth, but because there is no a real support mechanism for youth entrepreneurship, most of the start-ups are closing in first months of work, or they transfer to the side of the shadow economy. Young entrepreneurs are in urgent need of express- education for basics of the entrepreneurship activity, consulting services, facilities with office equipment, accounting, juridical and other services on favorable terms. International experience on the support of the young entrepreneurship is aimed at. By studying this approach, our Association decided to maximize this positive experience, by founding on regional subdivisions, and by doing this, they are accelerating this process, both vertically and horizontally. Participation of every Associationmember in new programs of "Mentoring" and "Business connections" is allowing for our organization to become even stronger, closer and more competitive”.
