We met only yesterday, you briefly told about yourself, about your business history in New York, about your career growth on Wall Street and that was enough for me, in order to want to meet with you again and write down your story. Therefore, let's dive a bit in the historical way about you. Please tell us about yourself, about your career growth in America? Dayana: I am fromAstana, I was born in Tselinograd, grew up here and finished with honors the EuroasianNational university of L.N. Gumilev, in the international relations degree. Right after the university, I came to Fairleigh Dickinson University of the USA, to studyMBA, the international business degree. My professional career began in the field of investment banking and financial services on Wall Street – used to work in the French bank BNP Paribas, inNew York which is the largest bank in Europe. In the first 3 years of working in BNP Paribas, I managed multi-billion dollar portfolios of the oil and gas companies which are based in the State of Texas.
